  1. It does not emit any sound as far as I can tell. It's actually quite visible. Using two spacecraft, I estimate that I could still see in catch some light every now and then from about 140km away. It was just a solitary blinking pixel without any zoom.
  2. Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible. The only solid portion of the collision mesh appears to be in front of the boulder and any landing attempts from that direction results in you watching your craft explode part by part as you slowly approach. From any other direction you sink through the boulder until you hit the front and are flung at high speed away minus a few parts.
  3. Funny story, one of my general purpose rovers/mapsats was in a low orbit trying to find crater-imagery and every now and then I kept seeing what I assumed was a odd graphics glitch just above the horizon of the planet (I normally see a white pixel here and there on the horizon of bodies). It was just twinkling speck on the edge of my vision which disappeared in a hurry. Didn't put it together until LegalTK posted his image and proved it was there. Turns out I was orbiting nearly opposite to it.
  4. Oops, double post. Sorry folks.
  5. All these worlds are yours, except the Magic Boulder. Attempt no landings there. Seriously, it was an enormous explosion.
