Can't select target - why not?

I was having this problem setting up a node to fine tune my approach to Jool. I discovered that in some cases you can't set as target a body that you have an encounter planned with. So, WORKAROUND: set a node that avoids the encounter, then you'll be able to set the target. Then cancel the node
