Missiles arent doing any damage, is this a known glitch or just me?

For some reason I use a mac mini and the game freezes when I have the parts in all the correct part files and the mod is installed! Can you help me with this? Sorry for posting this twice but I know that if it ends up being left behind in the other pages without a response than it will never be looked at again...
