motives

hi, im developing a small little control plugin for fun and to learn a bit of c sharp. How do I toggle RCS and SAS? Is there a place in FlightInputHandler that I can adjust these? Right now I've just been adjusting pitch yaw roll throttle, etc from within FlightInputHandler and am trying to expand a bit.
