It would be nice if you actually had use to your pilots. I had 3 suggestion that get influenced by experience. 1. More stability while escalating time. 2. Them doing like maneuvers the more experience the more precise (this will make it easier to control multiple rockets at the same time). 3. In stressful situations you lose a bit of control of your rocket(Kerbal).
