Here is my new fleet.

Here is my current fleet, I hope I could go against someone or have advice.

I'm hoping of joining in but before I can make a combat ship I need to know, If you decouple a missile, select it, and then fire it without guiding it, is it considered a dumb fire missile? I'm wondering this because if it is counted as guided I can only shoot from up to 2.5km.

Tried around 20 times to launch a miniature plane that used only RCS, it always failed. Then I replaced the RCS engine with normal ones and switched the fuel and I ended up killing a kerbal after testing it first with a kerbal. 12 more times I tried and failed, so I carpet bombed it until there was no more and scraped the save. At least I could get the carpet bombers to work!
