1.  Reinstalling a Steam installation will not correct any mod errors.  You will have to completely uninstall the game and reinstall it to remove any mods.
2.  Modding a Steam installation is not recommended.  I recommend you perform step 1, and then make a copy of the game folder to some other location.  Then you can mod that copy.  
3.  If you still have errors, please provide a log file so that we can actually see what is going on.  How to do that is listed in my signature below under How to Get Support

Looking at the crash, I don't see anything that jumps out other than this:
C:\Users\Jaket\Desktop\Jacob's Folder of Stuff V.3\ You have an apostrophe in a folder name.  Iirc, there can be issues with the use of apostrophes in folder names with KSP.  Hopefully someone else can confirm this.  I would try changing that folder name to remove the apostrophe.
 
I might also suggest not using the Destop to store what ever is stored there for KSP.  I would use another folder not managed by Windows, like C:\Games\JacobsFolderOfStuff...  That may also improve performance a bit

Ok.  Its a bug... let me get on that.  That also means you have 2 separate living spaces... you may want to look at that as well...
