Though a smaller ship, I made sure I had enough RCS ports on it and was able to dock fine with #221 build

I made a video showing what happens when I try to use the Docking Autopilot. Please let me know if you need me to make more. This happens every time.

Same issues as Meridus is describing with the latest dev build.

Furthermore, while the docking window is open, an attempt to use any commands from the keyboard is ignored. If I hit F9 to restore, I am given the text in the upper right corner that the quick save is being restored but it goes away and nothing happens. Hitting R to disbale RCS with the docking window open does not do anything as well.

If you dock with RCS enabled your RCS will continue to spit out gas non stop until you close the window.
