  1. This might not be what your idea is originally, but here's images for your text-only explanations. Instead of the user inputting the number of possible snappings, i.e. using 360/n , I'd prefer just a button toggling between snap with 360/12 degrees and no snap. 12 is for the number of those gaps on the port, which look like where latches can extrude out of them to grab onto another port. The rest of the possible snapping positions can be adjusted with the new gizmo.
  2. Allow parts clipping on symmetries. Sometimes I use symmetry and only 1 of the two sides attach. Also, please add attachment nodes to nodeless parts, especially the plane wings and wing surfaces. I have OCD and I want to snap my parts together perfectly.
  3. Not sure about the decoupler though, spaceplane and rockets are two different things. I can't imagine a plane breaking itself up as it flies, it seems weird.
  4. I think the amount of building restrictions should be lowered. It'd be better to make nice looking spacecrafts without having be limited to any crap.
  5. I was thinking if a ring can exist being made up of gas or very fine dust particles, we can simulate something like atmospheric drag and reentry burn instead if the game can't process the physics of many rocks and pebbles when your spacecraft flies within it.
  6. Is it possible that a ring can be made up of gas or very fine dust particles?
