Thank you guys, I think it was a bug because after reloading the game back up I was able to go in again.

Hi guys, I have just done a landing on Mun and got out with Jeb to take some samples as do some science. When I try to go back in I hit "F" key first to grab the hatch then it doesn't give me another option to go in to open the hatch, which would usually be done by hitting "F" once more. The vessel still has electric charge so I don't think that is an issue. I would greatly appreciate some help. Thank you.
