Wow, thanks you very much JWS !! Works perfertly now. I load in less than a minute with all addons as before. AVAST MENU --> Performance --> Game Mode --> Disable (It was enable) I remember an recently avast upgrade so the issue come from this.

I have a same issue. It takes 15/30 min to load the game in 32 or 64 bit. It appeared after updated some mods : Stock visual enhancement, planet shine, scatterer, distant object, module manager. I removed all mod but still slow ... Is there a cache or something?

If you come back in KSP like me and you don't have any windows appear in spaceship build so use the dev build : http://jenkins.mumech.com/job/MechJeb2/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/jenkins-MechJeb2-257/MechJeb2-2.2.1.257-257.zip I search for 1 hour to fix it and only this build works for me now.
