Question about the license; what's the practical difference between a CC-BY-NC-ND license for software and "all rights reserved" but distributing it freely (as in beer)? If I can't modify the source code at all, why include it? Creative Commons licences are discouraged for software by Creative Commons because they don't have any software concepts built into them. I could build another program that links into yours, using the same source (without internal modifications) but modify the output to bypass the "No Derivatives" restriction. Anyways, would you consider licensing the code with a more permissive, software-oriented license?
