i started sending out parts in orbit around the solar system to make a big unmanned station. the basic purpose of the station is to send satellites in from the out side of the solar system to get a satellite around every moon and planet in ksp. each satellite package will have 2 parts in it. 1 is a research and science satellite the other is for communication. the communication satellites will send all the data from the science satellite to the space station where i will sift through it and send what's important to mission control. after all this is done a big satellite will be sent into a low orbit around the sun. this will effectively gather large amounts of data about every planet in the solar system, giving us more to go on when we send manned missions to the surface of each planet and there moons. even though this sounds simple, its not. i have to custom build each rocket to carry the required part/parts. phases of the mission are posted below. *each phase is more difficult then it seems* phase 1: assemble space station phase 2: ready satellites and send them phase 3: get in orbit around the assigned planet phase 4: transmit data to space station and back to mission control
