I forgot to write that this is the problem on the server "[24/7 US-Central] [Modded Sandbox] SpazerMOD01"

all who have problems connecting to the server and writes the files "MechJeb2RPM.dll" and "ModStatistics-1.0.3.dll" are not in a white sheet just delete them and in the folder "Kerbal Space Program \ GameData \ ModStatistics" get "settings.cfg" open it with Notepad and find the "update = true" and change to "false" that would look so "update = false"
