  1. I've been experiencing a bug ever since the latest update involving wheels. When I build a rover, the wheels appear to accelerate the vehicle rapidly whenever I am both turning and accelerating (pressing both the turn and forward keys at once). The only limit I have found to this is the amount of stresses the wheels can take. Yesterday I build this rover base. By continuously holding turn and accelerate, driving in a large circle, it continued to gain speed up into the 60 m/s range, despite the wheels having a top speed of 15 m/s. If I alternate tapping left and right, heading generally straight, I reach speeds in excess of 100 m/s! Now, admittedly, this has been pretty funny to play with, but it is making steering difficult without losing control or popping tires. Anyone else getting this one? I've tried a re-install, but no change.
  2. I'm getting some overheating in Kerbin's atmosphere (haven't made it past the Mun yet). I'm flying around Kerbin for a survey contract, and my landing gear are overheating. A 2Hot onboard shows temp rising at around 0.5* per second, up well into the 300's. I'm flying at night, at about 250 - 270m/s, at an altitude between 4000 - 7000 m. Is this just friction heating at 900 kph? How does cooling work in 1.0? I've seen hot components cool almost instantly after a splashdown. Is there something I should do to cool my wheels (aside from ditch my plane in the ocean)? Don't think the mods are the issue, but just in case.
