I tried to search this on google before coming here, no good results or my terms sucked.
I'm experiencing an interesting bug with the Amalthea lander pod, from NFSpacecraft. Everytime i launch a ship with that command pod, it explodes on the launchpad.So I launched just the pod with its landing engines. This was the result..The command pod is duplicating itself multiple times in flight, there is one pod also spawned inside the launchpad.

Firespitterv7.3.7287.12431 - for KSP 1.1.3, upgrade to v7.17
I didn't check any further but suspect several others are also out of date so I'd recommend going through all your other mods and checking that you have the latest version of each and that none of them have any known issues with 1.12.3 listed on their forum threads.

Hey guys, I'm getting this message when I start my game, only started after installing SEP.

If anyone's interested in stock toolbar support for ShipManifest I've uploaded my build here. Source is in pull request #5 in the GitHub repo. Icon's a little ugly from scaling up but it seems to work.
Thank you so much I was having many problems using the toolbar, half the time it wasn't showing up in flight.
Now with your stock SM button I am able to use SM. Many praises.

HyperEdit appears to not run in KSP_x64 0.24.2
EDIT: I appear to not be working in KSP_x64 0.24.2 HyperEdit is working fine.

I can confirm it is not working in either 32 or 64 bit for me.

Noticed something else, if I click the pod that is in the launch pad it opens this window. When I click that new text button it switches pods, they seem to both be manned with the same crew..
I cannot switch ships using the square brackets, Game doesnt seem to know there are two pods.
