  1. Nope, I tried some quicksaves from long before I installed any mods, and I can't still fly any of my ships... :S I tried reinstalling first any mods with parts included, and then I reinstalled ALL the mods I used to have. It didn't matter, that didn't fix my save. That's a good piece of advise, though. I did that a couple of times, but eventually I got a bit lazy. And reckless. I started listening to my inner Jeb.
  2. It should be a very easy thing to do. In the root directory of KSP (usually C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\, if you have the Steam version) you can find the GameData folder. You have to put the mod folder inside that one. Maybe you're pasting the .zip folder you downloaded. If that's the case, just extract the .zip inside the GameData folder. You should end up with something like this: C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\MechJeb2 And, inside GameData, there should be three folders and one file: GameData\Icons, GameData\Parts, GameData\Plugins and GameData\LICENSE.md Check if you did everything OK. The game should automatically detect and load any mod in the GameData folder. If the game is not responding, try deleting the MechJeb2 folder inside GameData and launch it again. When it works, try it again from the beginning. Please tell us if you solved it! Good luck!
  3. Hi there! I'm having a problem which is ABSOLUTELY MY FAULT, but maybe there is some way to fix it. I looked for it in the forums and tried a couple of things, but I didn't find the same exact error. I don't think there are many players as dumb as me. When 1.0 was released, I wanted to start a new game and uninstalled unnecesary mods to play a fresh and vanilla version of the game. I accidentally uninstalled KW Rocketry and then tried to play my old Sandbox Save (which included a lot of KW-made ships). Don't ask about that. The game showed some kind of "This vessel has some parts which are not installed" error warning. Since that, I can't fly any of my ships, even though I immediately re-installed KW Rocketry. I understand that the game probably overwrote my persistent.sfs file and disabled, at least, all the vessels with parts that no longer existed. I also know it was a EXTREMELY STUPID move, but I made a mistake and accidentally lost 300+ hours of fun and achievements. I'm currently playing in my new save, no it's not a big deal, but I would love to recover my save. Is there any fix for this kind of situation? Thank you very much in advance!
