  1. I tried reinstalling it, and now it seems to work fine YAY!!!!!! I guess I must have mucked up some part of the installation... So please disregard my last post, well, at least the crying for help part... you guys are still heroes and all that! Also, I seem to be running it fine on a 64 bit version too. Well, I am off to make some great bit epic space junk!!!!
  2. Ahoy, I have previously used this mod (in 0.23.5) without any problems, but I can't get it to work properly in 0.24.2... I have installed the different downloads and I get the "weld it" button just fine. But whenever i weld something (i remembered from previous install that the more pars i used the longer it had to think before going on, so i just tried welding two hitchhiker containers together), it seems like the game is thinking and thinking, but nothing happens... I do not get the menu where i can name the part. I left the computer for about 20 minutes figuring that it ought to be plenty of time... The game doesn't crash, as I can still do a few things fine, but nothing happens... I first tried doing this in 64 bit version and later in 32 bit version with the exact same result... Anyone who knows what is going on? and more importantly, how to fix it. And lastly, thanks to all you guys who makes and maintains mods, youve made my KSP experience so much more epic. You guys are all heroes and songs should be written in your honor!
  3. Right you are! Thanks a whole lot. You sir are a genius!!!! This mod looks so awesome, I can't wait to implement it in my game. Thanks for the help and for all your hard work making this mod! You rock!!!!
  4. This is a really awesome mod. I really like it! I like how you're thinking "out of the box" I am having a small issue though, I am not sure if I did something wrong during installation. I can't seem to get it to work 100% with KAS, I can grab the parts, but I can't attach them to anything. Have I done something wrong? And if so, what should I have done? This means I can build the boxsats just fine, but I can't change them while in orbit. Can someone help me please?
  5. Hi guys, I am using a quite modded version of KSP, and I just can't get tweakscale to work. It works just fine in clean installs, but when I install infernal robotics it stops working. Does anyone know how to get these mods to work with each other (especially since the latest versions of infernal robotics are entirely dependant on tweakscale). I have done a search and I am not using other mods that rely on KSPapiextensions.dll. Can anyone enlighten me on what to do please? EDIT: nevermind, I got it sorted out. It turned out a file from an earlier install of infernal robotics were mucking it up. But now it's working just fine time to build some giant stupid stuff!
  6. hmmm, I made another install of ksp on my hard drive, and with a fresh install I am running tweakscale without any problems, but when putting all my mods back in, it didn't work, so it's clearly one of the mods causing it not to work. Now I will have to filter through all my mods, trying their compatability one mod at a time. I will let you know which mod turned out to be the culprit when I know more. EDIT: well, it seems it was infernal robotics that caused tweakscale not to work. I have the latest kspapiextensions.dll installed in both tweakscale folder and infernal robotics folder, but when I have infernal robotics installed, I can not tweak any parts. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
  7. Wow, quick response, thanks a lot guys Yes, I merged them so that the tweakscale folder is within the gamedata folder. I have module manager from another mod, maybe installed from several mods. There are about 30 files in the tweakscale folder, and a plugins folder (I tried copying the contents of this to ksp's plugins folder, this didn't work neither, so I removed these again).
  8. Can someone help me please? I am really intrigued by this mod and the many possibilities it brings, but I seem to be doing something wrong when installing the mod. I have downloaded and extracted the mods to my gamedata folder, I checked to see if I had other mods using kspapiextensions.dll, only infernal robotics seemed to use it. so I looked online for the newest version of the kspapiextensions.dll and replaced the older version in both mods with this one. But I still don't get the option of rescaling parts when rightclicking them in the VAB or SPH. I am using 0.24.2 64 bit ksp with quite a few mods on a 64 bit windows. I hope someone can help me, if you need more information I will gladly provide it. And for all the modders out there: thanks for all your hard work, you've made ksp and many other games incredible.
  9. Does the 0.8.8.1 version work with Ksp 64 bit? or is it only for 32 bit ? I tried installing it with the 0.8.8 and the 0.8.8.1 afterwards, but my game keeps crashing, granted I have a lot of other mods installed, but it didnt crash previous to installing Kethane. I have used kethane in ksp 0.23.5 and it worked flawlessly. Lastly, thanks to Majiir and taniwha and all other modders out there for sharing all your hard work, your mods make ksp an incredible game that never gets old. I stand corrected, it was not the kethane mod that crashed my game. The kethane mod is currently working fine, though I have yet to test the different parts etc... Thank god, this mod is amazing and brings a whole lot of new exciting aspects to the game :-)
