Since I saw the island control tower rework with flat roof I wanted to land on it. It is quite far, so regular rocket VTVLs have a hard time, and landing a jet VTVL on such a small surface is not pleasant. Recently I managed, and I keep looking for easier/faster ways to do it. I haven't been able to find anyone else making screenshots/videos of it, though. I can't be the only one! Who else landed on that thing? How did you do it? Post your pics. I used jet engine (can hover a long time without changing mass significantly) to carry the weight plus RCS/rockets for control.
