Instructions on where and how to do that would be greatly appreciated!

In my current career I have the entire tech tree unlocked except for anything in the aerodynamics branch, I don’t use “space planes†so I don’t want to be bothered with sorting through wings/fuselages etc. when I am designing rockets. However, the aerodynamic fairings are contained in the aerodynamics branch and I would like to have access to them. Is there a way I can mod the fairings such that they show up in another branch of the tech tree? Thanks.

Sarbian, I just want to chime in and tell you what a great addition to KSP MechJeb is. Even though I am having a lot of functional issues with MJ currently I don’t even want to bother you with those, as I know it will all work out eventually. Thanks for your contribution, it is appreciated.
