I have recently tried to get back into KSP after switching computers to find it seems most mods only download a fraction of the parts it should download. I have searched everywhere on the internet but found nothing like what I am experiencing. I am running 32x and tryng to download B9 aerospace, which only gives me 82 parts and OPT space planes which gives me ten. I also have BD armory but it isn't missing any parts. Help...?

I only get 82 parts. Am I downloading this wrong or something? If so, please tell me what.
