Small problem changing screen-size?

Hi! I just bought and downloaded KSP (over Steam) and I am really excited to play! I just have one small problem. The game opens in a very small size. I cant make it full size or anything. I tried going to settings, and change to full-screen mode, but I cant click on the "accept" (Or whatever its called) button, because it is in my computers process bar! What should I do?! Please help! Thanks alot.
