    I've gotten it to download. The problem was my satellite internet. (DishNet, if you wanted an answer to the question "Which internet service provider should I never use?") I went to my grandmother's house and used her internet and it worked fine. Try and use someone else's internet.

    It doesn't help us, but I am also getting this same error.
