Here's the fix for those whose KSP freezes when loading B9's command modules (e.g. HL_Aero_Cockpit) You must have the Squad folder in GameData that comes with a fresh install of KSP. Otherwise, any part with "name = ModuleRCS" will hang. (extra tags to make this more easily searchable: freeze, load, stall, load, hang)
