I have few questions regarding Easter eggs. How low I need to be to spot them, and do my kerbonaut has more chance to spot them if he is EVA on ship's ladder? I have one old saved game and I've only managed to found one at Mun. [spoiler AHEAD] It was near something really big and i "scored goal" if you know what i mean! Now I'm trying to find it in new game. I made some test with old save, and managed to get ~20k high and realized that above that object is seen like other terrain. And is there a smaller chance to spot them if graphic settings are low?

Many thanks to both Ringkeeper and Claw. My kerbonaut was also stuck at Minmus similar to Ringkeeper's. I tried your way and sadly didn't helped. Luckily for me I've stumbled upon Ringkeepers post and change altitude from 0.200312297791243 to 1.200312297791243 saved my precious kerbonauts and their work.
