I'm having the same problem, but don't have TextureReplacer. Any idea what about TextureReplacer did it? I'm having the same issue

Concerning bug #3404 I have posted logs on that site and commented how to reproduce the error. I would like to point out that I have a fresh OSX 10.10 install and a Fresh KSP install. I have found a end user solution and what the problem is. All games are created without the SHIPS folder in the career saves. Go to local game files> saves/[career title]/ > add saves/[career title]/Ships/VAB & saves/[career title]/Ships/SPH boot game and it works.
