I love mounting engines VTOL-style, and vertical takeoff such as Lack Luster Lab's radial engines. The only problem is that I can't hold steady flight with a VTOL, when they usually only use intake air. So i'd like a engine that you can put on the bottom of your ship, that will keep you at a constant height. It would also help if you could somehow link the engines to SAS, because RCS is too wimpy. This could help in space when going out of control, because engines are more powerful than Monopropellant. Please look into making a mod like this, or if you know of one like it, provide a link to their thread. -Icklewiwi:cool:

I'm having problems with the mod, i.e. when I put the folder into gamedata, all of my other parts mysteriously disappear. other than that wee boo boo, the few modules I still have all look awesome.

I'd like to know if you are going to make the Endurance a stock craft in this mod. I know that I am lazy, but I'd just like to fly the whole thing. (oh, and I suck at docking.)

Oh my. I use this as more of a drop ship because it can come in at such a low speed. Later I might post the invincible drop pod I used. Loved the turning speed also

I thought that it was awesome, just that it was a tad slow at 3/4 speed during turns and stuff. At full speed it was amazing, but it left everything else in the dust. Other than that, awesome build! totally looks like the real thing -Icklewiwi

Well, I know that there is a launching rail on an aircraft carrier, I just meant I wanted to see a spaceplane that can take off with absurd speed without any wait such as the engines spooling up. I have tried to just attach SRBs to stock planes and see if it helped, but it usually goes about a foot and explodes. -Icklewiwi

I shall be blunt. Most space planes are kind of boring when it comes to takeoff, and are only fun during flight. I just watched a fighter launch off of an aircraft carrier, and it was fast. The basic jet engine is a puttery little thing until you actually get going, and you hardly have the time to wait for the end of the runway. Would somebody please find me a craft that jumps up to like 110 m/s in five seconds? Also post the craft file because I want a rush from flying it. Thanks -Icklewiwi
