where is the download?

well, i have installed a bunch of mods before, but this problem has been occuring lately. Even though i install a mod correctly, the parts will not load, and the only way i can get the mod to work is by playing on ksp 64-bit. Recently ksp 64-bit has stopped working and now i am stuck with stock parts. I have already re-downloaded ksp and the mods still don't work. Help!
