Can't Click Anythin

Shoot. I already tried full screen mode. The only way to get into fullscreen is through the OSX fullscreen mode and all it does is stretch the screen. Maybe I'll just have to install linux on Virtalbox and play through there. If anyone has fixed please don't hesitate to post, still. -

I can't seem to click any menu items at all. I can click the diagnostic menu when it first opens, but not any of the buttons. Any ideas?
