As the title says, neither version will load, and 32 Bit will not even, er, launch, the launcher. I have reinstalled both several times, taking all steps to usually fix this sort of issue. I have made sure KSP can write files, moved the folders to the desktop, installed them to the desktop, and still, nothing seems to work. The game will run, and the yellow loading text continues to scroll by, but the game never gets out of the loading screen.
