I just accepted one of the new Fine Print type missions, to put a satellite into a Kolniya orbit. Relatively simple mission - I got the probe to the right spot, then started wondering why one of the objectives wasn't met: "Launch a new unmanned probe that has power and an antenna." It's got batteries (with charge in them), it's got an antenna, and I started it new after accepting the mission. Apparently (and I'm still looking for confirmation), "has power" really means "has power generation", which I don't have yet. This mission will cost a lot to drop, and it's taking up one slot of my two mission slots. Anyway, if this is indeed the case, my suggestion is to change the wording to make it very clear that this means generation of power. Also, does an engine that generates electricity while it's running count?
