Hey guys. I've too had this issue. I see on multiple posts that you need to upgrade the tracking station. My issue is I have yet to see in the game where you upgrade buildings. My buildings were automatically upgraded and when i right click the tracking station it says "Facility Level 3" Fully upgraded. I never once saw in the game the option to upgrade buildings. And going into the different facilities i don't see where you "upgrade" facilities. I have also not bee able to find forum posts on where to do this only that i can be done. If you guys could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
