Made it to the Mun. Again all stock parts, no RCS. Got a bit of hilly terrain. But smooth touch down on Mun, with plenty of fuel to spare. Lift off, finding a Kermal capture course and then text book splash down. Can\'t wait for them to add more stuff and planets. I am dreaming of shipping parts into orbit with several missions, assembling a interplanetary craft in Kermal orbit and launching to create a base on another planet. -mh

Landed on the Mun with stock parts only. Enough fuel to get back to Kerbal. But while accelerating the timer to wait for a nice sunrise, the craft exploded suddenly. Looked like it was slowly sinking into the moon surface. Ah well. Lets try again. But I must say the Mun landing is a bit nerve wrecking. Especially without the RCS.

Thanks to Sips for featuring this great game at Yogscast. Played around with it for a few hours. First accidental 'achievement' was having my command module left orbiting the sun on one of my first starts without a means to return. Reaching orbit around the planet needed some practise. Next goal is a reliable way to the moon using the standard parts only. - mh
