I have no idea what broke or how to fix it. The game broke when I opted in for the 1.1 beta and since this problem happened I have un/reinstalled it and nothing. Even the official 1.1 release didn't help, I'm adding links to show you what I mean. In the VAB there is n staging icons and on the launchpad there's only question marks plus all the engines are going off. Anything that will help me resolve this issue would be great.

My problem is when toy change the part variant to LF/LFO it changes in the right click menu/box but it doesn't add any fuel. I have already done a fresh install of it and still doesn't work. Thats when building a new craft, if I load up an older craft I have already built the fuel registers. I have tried everything short of deleting and reinstalling all of my mods, which I really don't want to do. Any help or suggestions to fix this will be greatly appreciated. Do you have any idea of how to make KSP use 2 GPU's or is it just not optimized for it? I'm running at 9-13 FPS near my space station. I will add I have an i-5 3570k, HD 6950 and a 6970 and 16 GIG's of ram. I'm gonna have to say it's not my rig, so any ideas would be great.

Im trying to get a station in the orbit of Mun and when i got in the gravity pull of it all of a sudden the staging is locked. I already made sure i was out of time warp and the the Alt+L was not on. I have no idea what happened and don't really want to make another trip, tho it is really easy. Ant and all help will be awesome.
