It almost looks like bug, but since I failed registering to bug tracker (didn't received email), I will post it here... I create new career game with easy difficulty settings. Now I see that all building are fully upgraded, however those upgrades doesn't seems to be accepted by the game. For example I cannot build ships heavier than 18t or enjoy doing EVA in space. I even tried normal and medium difficulty, but it didn't changed a thing. Thanks for the info what can be wrong...
