I'm playing the full career without any mods. I recently lost Jeb Kerman, and after that weird stuff started happening. Since then, after trying to go to the launchpad it always says I have no pilot so I can't enable SAS. Now, after messing around in the Astronaut complex I can't even go to the launchpad. If I try to click on the launchpad and then launch with a pilot the game essentially freezes up.
