While this sounds fun crafts despawn after a 2.5km gap (as we saw in the last real episode). This means the maximum gap you'd be able to have is 2.5km.

You have to try and lessen the angle of the bend. It's really awkward and looks terrible. if you're building this on another Moon or Planet then i'd recommend just jumping or using RCS to get onto the roof.

If a planet has an atmosphere moving through it will cause drag, this causes your craft to lose energy. This means the craft slows down, as you said the lowest stable orbit for Kerbin is 70km. This is the lowest altitude you can orbit at without passing through the atmosphere. If you lose enough energy your orbit will "collapse" causing your craft to hit the surface of the planet. In summary, if an object is in orbit and not passing through the atmosphere it will never de-orbit its self. You cannot simply fall to the surface.

Ah leave him alone, everyone is allowed to be proud of their first mission, even if it did use a debug command. He still had to pilot it himself, using the infinite fuel command doesn't take away the fact that they still landed on the Mun without using autopilots such as MechJeb.

Well done, try doing it without debug commands. If you're stuck try using the KerbalX, it has enough fuel to land on the Mun if flown efficiently.

I think it's in the right click context menu, not certain though. It's what I got told, not tried it yet.
