I admit I'm just getting back into the game and a bit of a newb but I think I'm having same problem. Transmitting gets me what it says it does. Recovery, nothing. So for example I have a simple unmanned probe, I send it out with a mobile sci lab. Take data, land and recover. Nothing. No wonder I can't seem to get anywhere in this game! Probably just a little bug I'm assuming?
