Images and other info http://imgur.com/gallery/AD6jm So, for the first thing I've posted to this forum I've created a solar glider capable of flying on Kerbin pretty well. I originally intended for it to be an SSTO, but I found out that it is possible to run out of Xenon, and I couldn't get it higher than 5km. Thinking about just slapping a few more Xenon containers on and seeing if it'll still fly . To be honest as much as I realize I have to deal with the speed and power consequences of trying to escape Kerbin with just ion engines, I really want a faster and more powerful Ion plane.
