My mun base's productivity is 0 now. How can I improve my productivity?

How can I improve my "Productivity"? Now my "Productivity" is a very small negative.

I want to set up a mun base with this mod. And use Kerbal Attachment System to link every parts When I prepared everything I discovered that I can't build anything! this is my mun base i After that,I tested it in KSC.I figure out that is becaus of Kerbal Attachment System.If I used it to link other parts,lannchpad will can't build. like this So who can tell me how to let them able to work together?
