As you said, the s0 truss does not connect to the shuttle cargo bay with truss dockports. I used a cbm dockport to fit it into cargo bay. And the cbm will be needed when connecting the s0 to the z1. - - - Updated - - - I wonder is there a way to attach "ISS Standardized Heat Radiator" to the s3 truss' moving part? The section that contains solar arrays is not attachable I guess.
