Okay - So I've been working through the problem. 101 Mods Later
Found it. - Problem solved.
The problem was either Janitors Closet or more likely - Filter Extension Plugin which CKAN recommends to pair with it.

Hi All,
Is anyone else missing the categories or filters in the VAB for the new BG parts.
When I updated they were missing so I removed all my mods and started a new game.
Then they appeared but now after adding my mods back in 1 by 1 and testing the new Parts Categories have dissapeared again.
I've no mods installed that alter the tech tree or filters.
Any ideas?

A Question about Science Relay.
When I transfer science to my orbital station from another ship. The data stays in the Antenna or Dish and I don't get an Option to Research the data in the Mobile Lab which is a part of the station? - Any ideas.
Does the Relay dish have to be attached to the Mobile Lab part or is it okay to be attached to any part of the station?

Can someone share a new DLL, I'm good with mods, was able to find your Github fork @jefftimlin, but don't know how to compile it.
Right now everything is working for me except for the GUI and xScience just isn't the same. - I want to be able to trigger the experiment.

With KSP on your Steam page, look at the bar with Making History Expansion, Not Installed, Added Today. Click the box with the check mark to un-check it. Then click it again to check the box. The expansion will download then.
Same for me, its a Steam issue, Uncheck - Check and then it starts to install.

Looks neat though.
It's $15, not $150, what price tag would you put on it?

Maybe you have already have this done, but would it possible to have a list or outline of what each of the parts in the mod are.
As the mod part list grows I want to use some but not all of the parts, but I don't know which ones to remove without booting up ksp and making a list?
Its just I've reached my limit and my game keeps stalling.
Would this be possible?

CallmedaDave, you are right, thats exactly what was happening. I figure it out after adding each mod to the game one after another and running the game.
Its's caused by the DMagic Science Mod. - Is it best to report it over on the mod page?

Do you think this is something that would be solved if I removed some of the agency folders from my installed mods?
I've started a completely unmodded game, and 1 by 1 have re-added mods once I've discovered they aren't causing the problem. As you'll understand it's a slow process.

Hi All,
I'm currently having an problem with my install.
When I except new missions to place a satellite in an equatorial orbit, the target orbit line does not display.
This does not happen with Polar orbits or any other target orbit other than equatorial.
Where should I start to find the problem?

Hi Folks,
I'm having the same problem with both the "2 day orbit mission" and the "EVA mission". I have completed both now at this stage. What do you mean by vessel tag?
