I know this is an 4 year old post but I have similar problem and googling takes me here. I managed to locate the issue and in my case it was also the resolution that kept changing, I have 4k monitor on 200% scaling in windows and I usually play on 2560x1440 resolution with 120% in game UI scaling, but sometimes it launches the game on 3840x2160 resolution making the UI really small. But if I open the settings and hit accept like previously comment it makes the UI really big. Just changing the resolution back to 2560x1440 it's becomes normal again, maybe it will help someone trying to solve this old bug.

I'm surprised that your mods haven't get that much of attention lately as they should. I can see that much work is behind these mods and I really like the consept of them, I really hope that this will be continued.

Thank you! I can't believe that I didn't try this myself, I guess i like to have everything installed through ckan but something is messed up with the ckan installation then. Your suggestion worked though so I'm happy!

Hello I really like the concept of this mod, however it seems that I can't get it to work. I have installed it in ckan but the parts or the civilianpopulation "fuel type" doesn't exist in the game. I'm using the steam version on Windows 7 64bit. http://i59.tinypic.com/25hjxjs.jpg - picture of all the mods i currently have installed EDIT: Forgot to say that I also tried to remove all mods and only install civilian population (with ckan so all the requried mods were added too) but it the parts didn't show up anyway, the other mods did doe but not civilian population, what am I doing wrong? Is it just that it doesn't support steam version or is it the 64 bit part?
