TY GUYS PROBLEM SOLVED

I have upgraded my Tracking Facility till Level 3 and still not able to get nodes while orbiting . Though i upgraded the facility when my satellite was in Kerbin Orbit but when i switched back to the probe - No Nodes . Plz help i have not installed chutes on it and i dont wanna decline my contract and destroy my probe .
