UncannyTunaCan

Currently running the save on a clean 1.0.2 install, save is from a modded 1.0 install. Mods installed were, Kerbal Engineer Redux, StageRecovery, Kerbal Alarm Clock, and Thermometer. I copied the save file to the new folder and ran the game, tech tree, in the old save, would not show up in the R&D facility. I am running Ubuntu, and use the 64 bit version of KSP. Any help would be appreciated.
