  1. This. Since 1.0, when you turn your rocket very fast while below ~16km, air pushing on front of the rocket (because you are still moving up) will cause the rocket to flip. Either do it more slowly, or higher up.
  2. KSP Version: v1.0.2 32-bit on Windows 64-bit What Happens: Stack attachment gets borked. Mods / Add-Ons: All Stock Steps to Replicate: 1) Start with MK1 Cockpit [1]. 2) Add MK1 Liquid Fuel Fuselage behind it [2]. 3) Attach another MK1 Liquid Fuel Fuselage radially to Cockpit [3]. 4) Attach yet another MK1 Liquid Fuel Fuselage [4] to the last one [3]. You should see something like this: 5) Re-attach [3] radially to [2]. 6) Try to re-attach [4] in front of [3] (not radially). Result: As above. (this is mostly related to #4 post, not #1) [edit] OK, I tried those steps again and it worked. I had to set the camera at right angle, but it worked. I once had something like this without ANY way to normally re-attach some parts, I had to make new from part picker, because those already on scene for some reason did not work. Sorry, but I don't know what caused that.
  3. KSP Version: v1.0.2 Windows 64-bit What Happens: I get inverted pitch when using only swept wings with elevons on them. Mods / Add-Ons: All Stock Steps to Replicate: 1) Build a plane with swept wings as only non-control lift surface. 2) Add elevons to wings. 2) Align the center of lift with the center of mass. Result: The elevon gets input direction from the attachment point of its parent (at least it looks like it), but its control impact is relative to the center of mass. This causes inverted pitch when attachment point of the parent and its own are on opposite sides of the center of mass.
