Yeah I think it might be the direction. but i have no idea how to switch it!?

The missions gives very specific details on the Apoapsis and Periapsis but u can't get it perfectly to every meter its impossible. I have made it pretty much as close as I can be but still the mission won't complete itself. Please help.
