Hi, I did a clean install of KSP recently and I encountered the same issue. I was able to fix it by creating the folder SPH in path_to_KSP\saves\name_of_your_savegame\Ships\ It was just missing. It seems it is the same error in your case because of the following line in your log: IsolatedStorageException: Could not find a part of the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\saves\Darth Kerman\Ships\SPH\Auto-Saved Ship.craft".
