So...I'm really lazy and have a lot of mods, I'm not really interested in waiting for the game to load up and then have to type a craft description instead of copy/pasting (note: I haven't actually tried this yet.) Is there any way I can edit the description outside of the game, just to save me that little bit o' time?

Quiz, I'm having the same issue as a lot of people.. The VTOL wings aren't clickable in the Action Groups menu, how can I fix this? I made my favorite thing to fly in ksp with those wings, please help?

I posted it before on reddit before I realized that was dumb. SO, here it is, my first post and one of my longest works. The USS Pheonix from Star Trek First Contact. Edit: I won't post the craft file because it contains HEAVILY modified configs, and has a huge propensity to kill your game.
