Werner von Goddard

I have been playing KSP casually for quite a while, and began adding a few mods here and there. I currently use KAX, KW Rocketry, and previously had B9 but have since removed it. Recently, I have been unable to do any kind of experiments in career mode - no Goo canisters, no temperature readings, etc. Is this due to an error with a mod, or might there be a larger issue in play?
